Discuss your muscles aches and pains and minor injuries with Mallory from the safety of your home. Be prepared to demonstrate movements, describe irritations, and show the area of concern. Mallory will be able to lead you through exercises with video demonstrations, monitor your progress and advise you on how to release your soft tissue without hands on treatment.
